Have you ever drank water with some activated charcoal for a gastric problem?

If you put 2 or 3 teaspoons of activated charcoal there isn't a gastric problem that it doesn't help is what I read. Put a little water in a tall glass with the charcoal and fill it up a little at a time until the glass is full. Drink with a straw. I want to try this but I wonder if anyone else has tried it.
